Capitol River Wellness & Rehabilitation in Jefferson City, MO is seeking a Charge Nurse for the Day Shift (LPN/RN). You will lead the nursing team, develop care plans, monitor progress, and ensure high-quality patient outcomes in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the daily operations of the nursing unit, including staffing, scheduling, and assigning tasks to team members
• Develops and implements patient care plans in conjunction with the healthcare team
• Monitors patient progress, identifies areas for improvement, and adjusts care plans as needed
• Communicates effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care transitions
• Participates in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and reduce complications
• Maintains accurate and up-to-date records of patient care and treatment
