Job summary

The Springs of Avalon in West Memphis, AR is hiring immediately for Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) and Registered Nurses (RN) to join our compassionate geriatric care team. We offer full-time, part-time, and per diem shifts, with 12-hour options (7a-7p or 7p-7a) and a daily pay option.

As Charge Nurse, you will supervise daily nursing activities, coordinate care with the healthcare team, administer medications, monitor vital signs, and support residents and families.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current Arkansas Nursing License or be a recent graduate ready to obtain licensure.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day nursing activities to ensure compliance with standards.
• Coordinate with healthcare team to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care.
• Administer and record prescribed medications.
• Monitor patients’ medical information and vital signs.
• Assist and empower patients in daily tasks, maintaining independence and self-esteem.
• Involve family in care planning when beneficial.
