• Recognizes and resolves quality control issues and reports results accurately including critical values.
• Collects, receives and prepares specimens for analysis; ensures specimen integrity and proper patient identification.
• Assists in training, orientation, and supervision of new or less skilled lab personnel.

Completion of 4-6 week orientation period is required.**SKILLS, EXPERIENCE, LICENSURE:*** 1-3 years experience in the clinical laboratory.
