Minimum Education, Training and Experience Required

• Masters of Divinity or its Equivalent
• One year of experience required
• Board-Certified Chaplain through the Association of Clinical Pastoral Education upon hire or must obtain certification within 2 years or hire.
• Ordained and endorsed by denomination.
• Minimum of four (4) Units of Clinical Pastora Education through the Association of Clinical Pastoral Education.
