Gentiva in Augusta, Maine, is seeking a compassionate Hospice Chaplain to provide non-denominational spiritual and emotional support to patients and families facing end-of-life care. You will be a key member of an interdisciplinary team, ensuring that no one walks this path alone.
Your responsibilities include conducting spiritual assessments, developing care plans, and maintaining documentation. A Bachelor’s degree in theology or one unit of ACPE-accredited CPE is required.
