Provides both individuals and groups spiritual and emotional support including performance of individual and group counseling, guidance and education to patients, their guests, and Northwest Texas Healthcare System staff regarding pastoral acts/services, crisis counseling, spiritual, religious, emotional, cultural and relational issues as well as end of life issues. Provides on-call, emergent care as needed. Is part of the interdisciplinary care teams, attends department and system meetings, and provides appropriate documentation in patient charts as requested. May serve on hospital committees/teams as determined by the Program Manager. Always Demonstrates Service Excellence. Meets the organization\'s expectations regarding house-wide requirements.
