Competenze

• Master of Divinity or equivalent graduate theological degree from CHEA/ATS-accredited institutions.
• Ecclesiastical endorsement from national endorsing authority within past 12 months.
• Board Certification by BCCI or mutually recognized certifying body; 4 units of CPE preferred.

Mansioni

• Provide advance care planning education, information, and counseling to patients and families.
• Deliver pastoral counseling on medical, ethical issues, terminal diagnoses, or crises.
• Develop and support staff resiliency and wellness programs.
