Job summary

Memorial Healthcare System seeks a dedicated hospital ministry professional to provide spiritual care to patients and families within a fast-paced clinical setting.

You will collaborate with clinical staff to support spiritual needs, manage multiple pastoral priorities, and respond effectively in stressful situations. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred, and CPE or an equivalent program is encouraged.

Qualifications

• Must have at least one year of hospital ministry experience.

Job description

Complexity of Work: Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, working with minimal supervision. Works effectively in stressful and crisis situations, giving particular attention to the support of and communication with clinical staff.

Required Work Experience: Must have at least one (1) year of hospital ministry experience. Bilingual in English/Spanish is preferred.
