Job summary

Acts Retirement-Life Communities, Inc. is seeking a Chaplain to lead worship services and provide spiritual guidance to residents, staff, and families. You will coordinate religious programs and maintain the community's spiritual life with fidelity and compassion.

The ideal candidate will hold a Master of Divinity, complete CPE, and have at least five years of ministry experience with ordination and denominational endorsement. A comprehensive benefits package accompanies this role.

Acts is currently seeking qualified candidates for our Chaplain position.

In this role, you will be responsible for conducting religious worships and performing other spiritual functions that would arise within the community. Provides spiritual and moral guidance to residents, team members, and families. Develops and maintains continuity of the overall spiritual life of the community through coordination of religious and spiritual programs.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:

• A Master of Divinity or its equivalent from an accredited seminary or accredited graduate theological school
• Completion of one unit of Clinical Pastoral Education or its equivalent
• Minimum of five years’ ministry experience
• Ordination in one’s faith tradition, including a denominational endorsement, indicating that the candidate is in good standing

Pay Range

$67,898.00 - $83,499.00 / year. Starting rate will vary based on skills and experience.
