St. Croix Hospice is seeking a Chaplain to provide spiritual care and guidance to patients and families within a hospice setting. You will work with the clinical team to coordinate care and connect families with community resources and bereavement support.
The role includes leading spiritual assessments, developing care plans, and conducting memorial or funeral services as requested. A theology degree or equivalent experience is preferred, with driving responsibilities and HIPAA confidentiality
Position Overview
The Hospice Chaplain provides emotional, practical and/or spiritual guidance for patients and their families, meeting them where they are on their hospice journey. As part of the patient care team, chaplains support the unique needs of each patient, including visiting with patients and their families, coordinating with the clinical team and connecting them with community resources and services. In the end-of-life planning have the privilege of is responsible for the provision of spiritual care services to patients and families/caregivers of St. Croix Hospice, either directly or through coordination of care with other spiritual counselors.

The hourly base range for this role is $30-$38 per hour.An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: geographic location, relevant education, applicable certifications, depth of experience, and special skillsets. The total compensation package for this position may also include the opportunity to participate inemployee benefits including ourmedical/dental/vision/petinsurance, disability and life insurance, paid time off, and 401(k) retirement plans, subject to applicable plan terms, and/oreligibility forother compensation.
