Job Summary:

Provides compassionate spiritual and emotional support to terminally ill patients and their families, including grief counseling after a patient’s passing. Works effectively with individuals of diverse religious backgrounds and cultures. Develops, oversees, and enhances bereavement programs, including workshops and social activities, to support families throughout the hospice experience.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to travel for patient and site visits.
• Regularly required to sit, talk, hear, and use hands/fingers to operate a computer, telephone, and iPad, with or without reasonable accommodations.
