Job summary

Paychex is seeking a driven entry-to-mid level Channel Sales professional in Thousand Oaks, CA. You will generate new business through referral partners and outbound outreach while building trusted relationships with CPAs and existing clients to drive new logos.

You will execute a high-volume daily activity and manage a fast-paced sales cycle, selling payroll, HR, benefits, retirement, and compliance. You will own the full process from prospecting to closing deals, with uncapped earning

Qualifications

• HS Diploma required.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• 2 years of experience in relevant sales/marketing capacity.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

• Generate new business through referral partners and outbound outreach
• Build relationships with CPAs and existing clients to drive new logos
• Execute high-volume daily activity (calls, follow-ups, and partner touchpoints) to build pipeline
• Sell a full suite of solutions: payroll, HR, benefits, retirement, and compliance
• Manage a fast-paced sales cycle (1-2 weeks) with small business owners

• Experience working toward goals or quotas (sales or similar environments) and demonstrated leadership experience—whether through work, school, nonprofits, fraternities/sororities, clubs, or other organizations (for example, serving as a treasurer, team lead, or project lead)

Compensation

In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share that the compensation range for this position is typically between $57,000 - $110,000. This range includes base pay plus commissions but does not consider other components that make up the total rewards package for the position. If you are hired at Paychex, your overall compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience which may result in total compensation outside of this range.
