Job summary

Maker's Pride in Lakeville, MN seeks a Changeover Technician to execute and document cleans and changeovers on assigned lines. You will join a team focusing on safety, quality, and process improvements while supporting line leads and changeover specialists.

The role requires a high school diploma and manufacturing/maintenance experience. You’ll work on sanitation, equipment disassembly/reassembly, and documentation, with potential cross-training on other line positions when needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience with good manufacturing practices and quality control is preferred.
• Manufacturing/maintenance experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Execute and document cleans and changeovers on assigned production lines.
• Attend pre-clean meetings with changeover specialist and line lead.
• Disassemble and reassemble equipment and components as needed.
• Communicate status of assignment with changeover specialist.
• Complete setup and swab documentation during cleans.
• Assist when needed as line worker or hopper filler during slower periods.
• Report to the changeover specialist and act under maintenance supervision.
