Job summary

North Highland is seeking a Contract Change Manager in Houston for its Energy and Utilities practice to translate strategy into tangible outcomes on a 6-month assignment. Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills with the ability to translate complex concepts into actionable plans
  • Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills to identify root causes and devise innovative solutions
  • Bachelor's degree in business, management, or related field; advanced degree or relevant certification preferred
  • Passion for driving transformative change and delivering exceptional client service

We're seeking a Contract Change Manager in Houston for our Energy and Utilities practice to help us take vision to value and create lasting impact. This is a 6-month assignment. Onsite 4-5 days a week in Houston, TX.

YOU WILL:
  • Partner with clients to assess their unique challenges and develop tailored change management strategies

IDEALLY, WE'D LIKE:
