Cape Rey Carlsbad Beach, A Hilton Resort & Spa, in Carlsbad, California, is seeking a Server to join our hospitality team. You will greet guests, explain menu options, take orders, and ensure swift, professional service that elevates the dining experience.

Qualifications

• Food/Beverage Service Worker Permit, where applicable.
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Six months to one year serving experience preferred
• Read, write and speak English fluently
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
• Knowledge of food and beverage service standards
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Meet minimum age requirement of jurisdiction

Responsibilities
