Job summary

Cambridge Public Schools is seeking a Site Supervisor for the CRLS Chamber Music program in Cambridge, MA. The role covers morning rehearsals (7:20am–8:20am), three hours per week, November 2, 2026 through February 28, 2027.

Supervision includes room setup, attendance, safety, and on-site support for guest coaches, under VPA leadership. Responsibilities include opening spaces, maintaining orderly spaces, tracking attendance, enforcing safety policies, assisting with logistics and minor equipment

Qualifications

• Strong organization and time-management skills.
• Clear communication skills.
• CRLS staff member preferred.

Responsibilities

• Open, unlock, setup and secure rehearsal spaces and rooms.
• Oversee room setups, equipment, and break-down.
• Monitor rehearsal spaces and ensure quiet, safe environment.
• Take attendance and track student arrivals/departures/absences.
• Serve as on-site supervisor to enforce school safety policies.
• Assist with student logistics and basic equipment needs.
