Stantec Consulting International Ltd. is seeking a Chainman/Survey Assistant to join our Community Development group in Hawaii. You will perform land surveying, data collection, and mapping under supervision, contributing to boundary definitions and spatial analysis.
You will operate field instruments, assist with CAD/GIS drawings, and support a team on projects across varied terrains. A technical degree and driving capability are preferred for travel and on-site work.

Stantec is looking for a Chainman/Survey Assistant to join our Community Development group. We provide our clients with a full range of surveying and mapping services. Through our work, we define land boundaries and analyze spatial data.
You will work with direct supervision and general direction on tasks and smaller projects, and as a team member of a larger project under the guidance of a Party Chief. You will perform land surveying, mapping and data collection activities.
Technical degree/diploma/certificate or equivalent in related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Minimum of 1 year of experience preferred.
Typical office environment working with computers and remaining sedentary for long periods of time. Field work may include exposure to the elements including inclement weather.

Locations in CO, HI, IL, MD & Various CA, NJ, VA Areas-$59,000.00 - $82,500.00 Annually
In compliance with pay transparency laws, pay ranges are provided for positions in locations where required. Please note, the final agreed upon compensation is based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. At Stantec certain roles are bonus eligible. Actual compensation for part-time roles will be pro-rated based on the agreed number of working hours per week.
