DSST Public Schools is seeking a Middle School Sports Coach for Conservatory Green Middle School as a seasonal, in-person role. The position offers a stipend of $1,000–$1,500 per season, depending on experience.

The role focuses on living the school values, developing team culture, and delivering targeted training for athletes, while coordinating practices and events. Ideal candidates will have coaching experience, the ability to lead diverse groups, and a commitment to safety and sportsmanship.

Responsibilities

• Live and model the school’s core values with colleagues, students, parents, officials, fans, and the larger community.
• Reinforce the school’s core values, guiding philosophy, rules, and school spirit.
• Foster a positive and inclusive team environment that encourages teamwork, discipline, and sportsmanship.
• Design and implement comprehensive training programs tailored to the needs and goals of individual athletes and the team.
• Conduct regular training sessions, focusing on technique, strength, endurance, and skill development.
• Organize and oversee team practices, competitions, and events, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and safety protocols.
• All coaches must be willing and able to be trained and approved to drive our activity buses.
