Vanderheyden Hall Inc. is seeking a Psychosocial Rehabilitation Services provider to deliver PSR to children and youth under 21 who are Medicaid eligible.
Services may be provided in community settings where the youth lives, studies, or receives services to promote independence and community integration. The role includes ensuring compliance with CFTSS and licensure requirements, participating in intake and planning, and supporting families and caregivers in treatment goals and daily living
Psychosocial Rehabilitation Services (PRS) Services
Psychosocial Rehabilitation (PSR) services are designed to restore, rehabilitate, and support a child’s/youth’s developmentally appropriate functioning as necessary for the integration of the child/youth as an active and productive member of their family and community to achieve minimal ongoing professional intervention.
Position Summary: Provides Psychosocial Rehabilitation (PSR) services to children and youth under the age of 21 who are Medicaid eligible and meet medical necessity. All Children Family Treatment Support Services (CFTSS) can be delivered in the community where the child/youth lives, attends school, and/or engages in services. PSR services are goal-directed supports and solution-focused interventions intended to achieve identified goals or objectives determined by the child/youth, family caregiver, or other collateral supports. PSR is a comprehensive service and includes but is not limited to: Personal and Community Competence, Social and Interpersonal Skills, Daily Living Skills, and Community Integration.

Compensation:$50,000 annually

Three years’ experience in children’s mental health, addiction and/or foster care
