Job summary

US Eye in North Port, FL is seeking an ophthalmic technician. You will receive intensive classroom and hands-on training to prepare for a rewarding career in ophthalmology, working alongside renowned surgeons and optometrists to improve patients' vision.

No medical field experience? We welcome you. We will train you to perform diagnostic testing and exams, supporting doctors with critical information for treatment, with a path toward certification.

Qualifications

• Experience in a professional environment with customer service focus.
• Prior medical field experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Learn and perform ophthalmic diagnostic tests under supervision.
• Assist ophthalmologists and optometrists in exams and patient care.
• Support documentation and patient communication.
• Pursue internationally recognized certification through training path.
