Job summary

Trustmark Investment Management seeks a Wealth Financial Planner to join our team in Ridgeland, MS. The role may be filled at Level I, II, or III, with responsibilities across financial planning, client meetings, and coordinating with Analysts.

You will design financial plans, mentor junior staff, and collaborate with bank partners while maintaining integrity and a client-centered approach. Travel for meetings and presentations is required.

Qualifications

• Foundational knowledge in retirement, taxes, estate planning, investments and risk management.
• Effective communication, client-focused planning and presentation skills.
• Experience with financial planning tools and software favored.
• Pursuit of CFA/CMT or related designations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Wealth team to address client needs and complex planning issues.
• Coordinate planning workflow with Analysts supporting the planning process.
• Meet with prospects and clients to gather goals and present financial plans.
• Design financial plans with data-driven recommendations.
• Maintain systems to track planning activities and outcomes.
• Travel to meet clients and present to external partners.
