Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
• Advanced certifications (CPA, CLU, ChFC, CEPA, MBA) are a plus.
• Experience in tax strategy.
• Experience working with high-net-worth clients preferred.
• Knowledge of life, health, disability, and long-term care insurance products.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and financial planning software.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed client interviews to assess financial situations, goals, and risk tolerance.
• Develop, implement, and monitor comprehensive financial plans.
• Create tailored strategies for wealth accumulation, income planning, tax optimization, and risk management.
• Utilize financial planning software (eMoney, MoneyGuidePro) to build and maintain plans.
• Prepare and present client-ready reports, recommendations, and financial narratives.
• Maintain accurate client data and engagement through CRM tools (Salesforce).
• Collaborate with internal team members to ensure high-quality client service and plan execution.
