Empirical Wealth Management, based in Seattle, is looking for experienced Financial Advisors to join our fast-growing firm. Candidates should be dedicated to growing a practice while providing high-quality advice and service to clients. The ideal candidate will have a four-year degree, CFP designation, and at least 7 years in financial planning.

This role entails onboarding clients and assisting in the implementation of financial plans with an emphasis on tax reduction. Competitive salary ranging from $100,000 to $250,000, with benefits fully paid for by the company.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in financial and/or estate planning related work, preferably in financial services or wealth management.
• Expertise in estate, tax, retirement, investment, and cash flow planning analysis.
• Ability to function well in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new clients and service existing clients.
• Demonstrate proficiency in sales and integrate advice from CFAs, CPAs, and JDs.
• Assist clients in implementing their comprehensive financial plans.
