TalentWealth Recruiting’s client in Atlanta, a well-established independent firm with over $550M in assets, seeks a CFP to join as Relationship Manager and oversee a segment of existing clients. Focus on planning and relationship management, not asset gathering.

The Relationship Manager/CFP works with the advisory team on wealth management, develops and presents financial plans, attends meetings, and deepens client relationships. Bachelor’s degree and FINRA licenses required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• FINRA Series 7 and 66 (or 65/63) licenses.
• Experience with goals-based planning software (eMoney, MoneyGuidePro).
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Ability to explain sophisticated financial concepts clearly.

Responsibilities

• Develop financial plans and present them to clients.
• Attend client meetings and support senior advisors.
• Assist in evaluating client financial strategies and decisions.
• Prepare planning and investment reports for meetings.
• Deepen client relationships and manage onboarding processes.
