Express Employment Professionals is recruiting on behalf of a respected local client for a Certified Financial Planner (CFP) to join their growing team. The role offers a salary of $80,000-$125,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.

The CFP will deliver comprehensive financial planning services, with expertise in investments, retirement, tax, insurance, and estate planning, while building lasting client relationships through exceptional service.

Qualifications

• CFP designation preferred and licensure as applicable.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial planning, wealth management, or advisory services.
• Strong knowledge of investment strategies, retirement planning, tax planning, and estate planning.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive financial assessments to evaluate client goals, financial circumstances, and risk tolerance.
• Develop customized financial plans addressing retirement, investment, tax, insurance, and estate planning needs.
• Present financial recommendations clearly to clients.
• Monitor client accounts and adjust plans as needed.
• Collaborate with CPAs, attorneys, and other advisors to provide comprehensive solutions.
