Job summary

The Charles Schwab Corporation is seeking a Financial Planner to support clients with comprehensive financial plans and ongoing advisory services in Westlake, TX. Qualifications

• CFP designation required.
• FINRA Series 7 license required (may be obtained within 120 days).
• FINRA Series 63/65 or 66 license required (may be obtained within 120 days).
• Minimum 3+ years’ experience creating and presenting complex financial plans.
• Strong sales and client service abilities.
• Ability to work with internal and external partners to meet client goals.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing client support via phone and email.
• Assist clients in navigating Schwab’s website, tools, and research.
• Schedule clients with their Portfolio Consultant for ongoing consultations.
• Collaborate to achieve efficient practice management in a team-based environment.
• Interact with clients to deliver detailed and customized financial plans.
• Participate in joint sales calls regarding Schwab’s planning capabilities.
