Qualifications

• Possess and perform with an executive level knowledge and understanding of financial and operational functions.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the finance team.
• Lead the accounting department to ensure regulatory compliance and proper records maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Prepare for and participate in monthly project reviews to evaluate job performance.
• Manage the company's budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Function as an advisor to the CEO on financial aspects of various contracts.

Skills

Proven experience in telecom, utilities, infrastructure, or construction contracting

Strong background in project-based / field-driven environments

Hands-on approach — comfortable working in a build-and-scale setting

Experience with job costing, margin analysis, and operational finance

Leadership experience with finance teams

Solid knowledge of cash flow management, working capital, and financial controls

Education
