Qualifications

• 15+ years of executive finance leadership in tech or capital-intensive businesses.
• Expertise in capital allocation and financial planning for infrastructure.
• Strong background in data center economics and investment evaluations.
• Experience in strategic partnerships and commercial negotiations.
• Previous CFO or senior finance executive in GPU cloud or IaaS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the senior financial partner to the general manager for the GPU-as-a-service segment, aligning with broader financial strategy.
• Define and implement the financial operating model for a business that is launching and scaling.
• Lead planning and forecasting to guide growth and investment decisions.
• Balance growth objectives with financial management and profitability.
• Build and develop a finance team to support business growth.
• Develop capital strategy for GPU fleet expansion and infrastructure investment.
• Partner with leaders to translate demand forecasts into financial plans.
