OleOle is building a social network and messaging platform for football/soccer. Near term oleolesport.com offers exclusive ticket deals with some of football’s biggest organizations. OleOle will sell these packages on OleOlesport.com. Our immediate need is access to capital. We are looking for a CFO with investor contacts, high net worth individuals, family offices, or small PE firms.

Job Description

Are you a finance entrepreneur with startup experience and access to capital? We have several large exclusive deals with global football entities and are poised to pivot from a marketplace to a network business model. If you have fundraising experience and personal contacts, we want you to help us secure funding and grow the business. Spanish language skills are a bonus. We need an outside‑the‑box, creative thinker with grit and determination who is willing to do whatever it takes to win.

What You Will Be Doing

• Initially lead the fundraising process; must have investor contacts.
• Build and lead a world‑class finance team.
• Understand network‑platforms and help build the social‑network and messaging layer.
• Build the business at scale.
• Create financial products that enable customers to buy online; the platform will also act as a payment system.
• Develop and maintain financial models, dashboards, and KPIs.
• Support the CEO with long‑term and short‑term financial goals.
• Prepare executive and board‑level presentations on budgets, forecasts, and financial performance.

Analytics / Decision Support

• Lead all FP&A and consolidation for domestic and international properties.
• Refine and report on business KPIs.
• Develop and utilize data‑driven analytics to generate value‑added insights.
• Refine performance metrics for content and marketing ROI.
• Build best‑in‑class strategic FP&A function and systems.

Budgeting, Forecasting, and Reporting

• Direct all budgeting, forecasting, finance, and cash management functions.
• Drive the process and preparation of annual budgets, monthly forecasts, and quarterly forecasts.
• Manage the annual operating budget and support long‑term strategic planning.
• Create executive and board‑level presentations for budgets, forecasts, and actuals vs targets.

Leadership and Culture

• Lead and energize the company’s finance team, building a high‑performance team and culture.
• Optimize organization structure and promote a sense of urgency for reaching goals.
• Develop open communication and productive work relationships with senior leadership.
• Build a collaborative, hands‑on approach focused on team members’ careers and professional development.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years of progressive finance experience including consolidation, valuation models, and executive presentations.
• Fundraising experience; investor contacts are a must.
• Startup experience and ability to thrive in a high‑growth environment.
• Experience with crypto raises and anticipated STO in Switzerland (knowledge of crypto regulatory environment).
• Advanced Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills.
• Experience with Hyperion Essbase and SAP a plus.
• Ability to create complex financial models and communicate results effectively.
• Strong writing, analytical skills, and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in a multi‑entity environment requiring low tolerance for error.
• Legal and financial knowledge of equity and debt financing (e.g., 4MM/20% interest or 10MM equity).
