Job summary

MPI is seeking a Chief Financial Officer for its well-established global real estate investment and asset management platform. The role leads global finance, accounting, treasury, tax, FP&A, and reporting, shaping strategies and overseeing budgeting, liquidity and capital allocation.

The successful candidate partners with investment and business leaders to optimize returns, strengthens governance and risk management, and presents results to the Board.

Qualifications

• 15 years of progressive finance leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of corporate finance, capital markets, debt financing, treasury, and investment management.
• Experience operating within a complex multinational organization.
• Proven ability to partner with executive leadership on strategic and operational decisions.
• Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
• Demonstrated success leading large teams and managing organizational change.

Responsibilities

• Lead the firm’s global finance, accounting, treasury, tax, FP&A, and reporting functions.
• Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with long-term corporate objectives.

The Successful Applicant

A Successful CFO Should Have

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; CPA, CA, or MBA preferred.
• 15 years of progressive finance leadership experience.
• Prior CFO, Deputy CFO, Finance Director, or Head of Finance experience within real estate, infrastructure, private equity, asset management, REITs, or related sectors.
• Strong knowledge of corporate finance, capital markets, debt financing, treasury, and investment management.
• Experience operating within a complex multinational organization.
• Proven ability to partner with executive leadership on strategic and operational decisions.
• Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
• Demonstrated success leading large teams and managing organizational change.

What’s on Offer

• Competitive base salary ranging from $300,000 to $350,000, depending on experience.
