Job summary

Care ABA, a healthcare services organization, seeks a Chief Financial Officer to join its leadership team on Long Island, NY. The CFO will partner with the CEO and executive team to guide financial strategy and support growth.

This role oversees all financial operations, back-office functions, and revenue cycle management, including budgeting, forecasting, audits, and external reporting. The CFO will drive profitability, cash flow, and scalable controls while evaluating mergers and partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Lead all financial strategy, planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for the $100M+ organization.
• Oversee back-office infrastructure: accounting, revenue cycle management, A/P, A/R, payroll, and systems.
• Drive controls and financial operations to enable growth while ensuring compliance in healthcare reimbursement.
• Evaluate and execute potential M&A, partnerships, and other growth opportunities.
• Partner with operations to optimize profitability and cash flow across service lines.
• Manage banking relationships, audits, tax strategy, and external reporting.
• Build and lead a high-performing finance team and implement process improvements and technology.

Position Summary
