As a CFO Advisory Manager, you partner closely with business owners, CFOs, Controllers, and finance leaders to help organizations navigate growth, improve financial operations, and strengthen decision‑making. You serve as both a trusted advisor and hands‑on problem solver, helping clients build scalable finance functions, enhance reporting and forecasting processes, improve operational efficiency, and address critical business challenges.
In this role, you’ll work with a variety of middle‑market, founder‑led, and private equity‑backed companies, often stepping into situations that require practical solutions, strong business judgment, and a willingness to roll up your sleeves. The ideal candidate brings a blend of accounting, finance, and operational experience, enjoys building relationships, and thrives in environments where no two client challenges are exactly alike.
You will be most successful in this role if you enjoy working with growing businesses, wearing multiple hats, creating structure where it doesn’t yet exist, and taking a hands‑on approach to solving complex business challenges.
Contribute to practice growth through exceptional client service, business development efforts, and identification of new opportunities
5+ years of experience in accounting, finance, CFO Advisory, Client Accounting & Advisory Services (CAAS), public accounting, or consulting roles
Experience mentoring and developing team members
