Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in accounting.

• Proficiency in Excel; experience with QuickBooks, Sage Intacct, NetSuite, or similar software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with monthly close, including account reconciliations and journal entries, under supervision.
• Prepare financial statements and management reports for client review.
• Build and update budgets and cash flow forecasts.
• Analyze financial results and summarize trends and variances for the team.
• Support accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processes for outsourced accounting clients.
• Use cloud accounting platforms and company technology to manage client work.
