Universal Health Services, Inc. (UHS) is recruiting a Chief Financial Officer for Northern Nevada Medical Center in Sparks, NV. The role oversees financial performance, reporting, and regulatory compliance for a 108-bed acute-care facility, driving profitability and cost management.

The CFO will lead financial strategy, ensure accurate reporting, and develop staff while collaborating with leadership to align with organizational goals and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive financial experience; healthcare experience preferred.
• Master's degree in Accounting/Finance preferred with 8+ years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Maximize hospital financial performance and analyze profitability of operations.
• Supervise hospital financial reporting and prepare reports on financial position and P/L.
• Prepare and timely file federal/state hospital reporting and other required financial reports.
• Develop staff through effective management practices and build a high-performance hospital climate.
