Job summary

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to development of strategic goals and overall management of the organization.
  • Implement and manage ERP system to align with business objectives.
  • Monitor and manage liquidity, cash flow and cash management.
  • Analyze financial details to identify opportunities and improvements.
  • Develop and implement finance, accounting, billing, and auditing procedures.
  • Establish and maintain internal control safeguards.
  • Interact with managers to provide consultative support through analyses, reports, and recommendations.

We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Permanent CFO to join our team.. This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned professional to apply their expertise in a company that values innovation, commitment, and integrity. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in financial management and strategy, with a strong focus on Cash Flow, ERP Implementation, and Liquidity. This role requires a minimum of 5+ years in a similar position.

Responsibilities
  1. Oversee all company accounting practices, including accounting departments, preparing budgets, financial reports, tax and audit functions.
  2. Direct financial strategy, planning and forecasts; confer with President and COO on strategic planning.
  3. Contribute to the development of the company's strategic goals and objectives as well as the overall management of the organization.
  4. Implement and manage all aspects of the company's ERP system to ensure it aligns with business objectives.
  5. Monitor and manage company's liquidity position, cash flow, and cash management to ensure financial stability.
  6. Analyze the company's financial details to identify development opportunities and areas where improvement is needed.
  7. Develop and implement finance, accounting, billing, and auditing procedures.
  8. Establish and maintain appropriate internal control safeguards.
  9. Interact with other managers to provide consultative support to planning initiatives through financial and management information analyses, reports, and recommendations.
Qualifications
  1. A minimum of 5+ years of experience in a senior-level finance or accounting position, preferably in the Accounting + Finance industry.
  2. Proven experience with Cash Flow management, ERP Implementation, and Liquidity.
  3. Knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost control principles including Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
  4. Experience in analyzing financial data and preparing financial reports, statements, and projections.
  5. Working knowledge of short and long term budgeting and forecasting, rolling budgets, and product-line profitability analysis.
  6. Professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  7. Ability to motivate teams to produce quality materials within tight timeframes and simultaneously manage several projects.
  8. A bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or Business with strong accounting experience or a Master's Degree in Business Administration (MBA) or a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is preferred.
  9. Strong problem solving and creative skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions based on accurate and timely analyses.
  10. High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation.
