The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) serves as a strategic member of the executive leadership team, providing financial direction and oversight to support the organization's long-term mission, operational excellence, and sustainable growth. The CFO is responsible for leading all aspects of finance, accounting, budgeting, forecasting, treasury, compliance, and financial planning while serving as a trusted advisor to executive leadership and the governing board.

- Identify financial risks and implement strategies to strengthen internal controls and governance practices.
- Monitor compliance with funding agreements and regulatory reporting requirements.

- Analyze revenue trends and identify opportunities to diversify funding and improve financial performance.
- Partner with leadership to evaluate new revenue opportunities, grant funding, and strategic initiatives.

Leadership & Organizational Development

Stakeholder & Board Partnership

- Prepare and present financial reports, budgets, forecasts, and strategic analyses to board committees and executive leadership.
- Serve as the primary financial representative for external financial and regulatory matters.
