Qualifications

• Must be a teacher/coach at Connecticut Farms Elementary School during the day.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the High Impact Tutoring Grant AM program, including attendance, timesheets, covering for absent staff, and family communications.
• Collaborate with admin and data coaches to implement high-impact instruction; manage lesson implementation daily and coordinate entrance/exit criteria.

DUTIES:

• The High Impact Tutoring Grant LEAD Teacher AM Position will oversee the daily operations of the program to include but not limited to: coordinating attendance, timesheets, covering for absent staff, ensuring students are assigned and placed in the AM classes, notifying families of student absences, assisting with dismissal of program etc.


• The High Impact Tutoring Grant AM Teacher position will work with students in grades 3-5 with a 3:1 student to teacher ratio. Students will be invited based on tier three eligibility. AM sessions will be on Tuesdays, Wednesday and Thursdays weekly. The AM teacher will collaborate with administration and data coaches to implement high impact instruction. The High Impact Tutoring Grant LEAD Teacher AM Position will work directly with the administration/data coaches to ensure the lessons are being implemented daily, oversee pre and post assessments and coordinate student entrance and exit criteria.

RATE OF PAY:

$55 per hour

7:30 am – 8:45 am (T/W/R)
