Job summary

Chick-fil-A in Glen Burnie, MD seeks delivery drivers to join our team. Part-time or full-time shifts, with drivers keeping 100% of tips, require a valid license and being 18+. You’ll uphold our hospitality standards while delivering to guests with care and friendliness.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 years.
• Must have a valid State-Issued Driver’s License.
• Must own reliable transportation that is CLEAN (Car Insurance a MUST!).
• Clean driving record for the past 2 years.
• Smartphone required to download the delivery app.
• Must be able to work as an in-shopper when there are no deliveries.

Responsibilities

• Greeting customers when entering and leaving the premises.
• Following safe driving procedures.
• Managing transactions using Delivery App.
• Managing cash and serving guests via Delivery.
• Delivering portions that are correct and meet weight/presentation expectations.
• Keeping delivery vehicle clean and organized.
• Bagging and wrapping purchased goods for transport.
• Ensuring packaging and quality meet standards.
• Displaying a positive attitude and teamwork throughout shifts.

Job description

Delivery drivers are generally offered as part time or full time (scheduled), with the driver keeping 100% of his or her tips. You must have a valid driver license and be 18 years of age. This is not a contract position, you will be a member for the Chick-fil-A family and will be expected to uphold our high standards of presentation, service, and care.

The ideal candidate must be able to execute Chick-fil-A hospitality with our guests in a caring way. Clear and excellent communication skills via our delivery app are paramount to help us continue meet our guest's expectations outside of the restaurant.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Main responsibilities:

Requirements:

• Minimum age - 18 years old,
• Must have a valid State-Issued Driver’s License

• Cannot have a current/within the last year License suspension
• Drive safe and obey the rules of the road
• Work as an in-shopper when there are no deliveries
