Kelly Pediatric Therapy is hiring Clinical Fellow Speech-Language Pathologists (CF‑SLPs) to support students in local school districts through our Speech at the Beach program.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Eligibility for state-specific certification.
• Eligibility for provisional licensure.
• Clearances: Child Abuse, State and Federal.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language therapy aligned with student IEP goals.
• Conduct screenings, evaluations, and write comprehensive reports.
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Support classroom carryover through collaboration with teachers and staff.
• Communicate with families and provide consultative support.
• Maintain compliant documentation aligned with school and regulatory standards.
• Continue growing clinical skills through mentorship and ongoing learning.
