Job summary

RCM Health Care Services seeks Clinical Fellows (CF-SLPs) to support students across all five boroughs of New York City in a school-based setting. This onsite opportunity is ideal for new graduates building clinical skills with mentorship from experienced supervisors.

You will provide direct speech-language therapy aligned to IEP goals, participate in screenings, complete documentation, and collaborate with families and school staff to support student communication and language development

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required.
• Teaching Certification (TSSLD) preferred; assistance available to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech and language therapy to students in a school-based setting under supervision.
• Deliver in-person therapy aligned with IEP goals and school requirements.
• Conduct screenings and support evaluations; assist with treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions in records.
• Complete IEP progress, and end-of-year reports as applicable.
• Collaborate with school staff, families, and supervisors on progress and plans.
