Job summary

AnthroMed Education (School Services) is looking for a Clinical Fellow Supervisor for the 2026-2027 school year. This part-time position aims to provide mentorship and guidance to Clinical Fellows as they complete their Clinical Fellowship Year in a school-based setting.

The ideal candidate should possess a Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology and a current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence. This role includes observing therapy sessions, offering constructive feedback, and supporting the professional growth of new clinicians.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of post‑certification experience preferred.
• School‑based experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide mentorship and supervision in accordance with ASHA Clinical Fellowship requirements.
• Meet regularly with assigned Clinical Fellows to review progress, clinical skills, and professional development goals.
• Observe therapy sessions and provide constructive feedback and coaching.
• Support Clinical Fellows with evaluations, treatment planning, documentation, and IEP processes.
