Cole Pediatric Therapy Humble is looking for a Speech Language Pathologist (CF or CCC-SLP) to join our team in Humble, TX. This full-time position offers a 90-day ramp-up, a guaranteed hourly/annual salary range, and a collaborative, supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Texas State license in SLP is required.
• Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology/Communication Disorders required.
• Experience in Pediatric Speech Therapy; CF or CCC-SLP considered.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support patient care.
• Conduct assessments to identify communication challenges and set goals.
• Develop and implement engaging therapy plans to improve speech and language.
• Help clients find their voice and build meaningful communication skills.
