Job summary

Novant Health is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant for General Med/Surg on the night shift in Wilmington, NC. This full-time role runs 7pm–7am with shift differential and a supportive team culture.

The ideal candidate has a High School Diploma or GED, 1 year of Assisted Living experience, and completes the NAI program with NA I registration. Strong documentation and basic computer skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• NC curriculum for restrictive interventions within 3 months of hire.

• Licensure/Certification: Completion of NAI program, required.
  • Listed with the nurse aide registry as an NA I, required.
  • Medication Safety - AME, required.
  • NC state approved curricula for restrictive interventions (facility specific) within 3 months of hire for Emergency Departments and Behavioral Health units, required.
• Additional Skills (preferred): Basic computer skills for documentation.
