Job summary

LETS Therapy is seeking Certified Wilson Reading Instructors to deliver structured literacy instruction virtually for the upcoming school year. You will support diverse learners and collaborate with families and school teams to promote student growth.

Position offers flexibility with full-time or part-time caseloads, bi-weekly pay, and ongoing training and support from the LETS Therapy team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Special Education or related field.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Active Wilson Reading System Certification (at least Level I).
• Current PA clearances (Child Abuse, Criminal Background, FBI Fingerprint).
• Experience with diverse learners and strong communication/collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized literacy instruction via virtual services.
• Collaborate with families and school teams to support student growth.
• Develop and implement structured literacy plans using Wilson Reading methods.
• Manage and grow a caseload with flexible full-time or part-time options.
