Walmart Supercenter #1454 in Quincy, IL is seeking a Vision associate in a part-time role. You will assist customers in the eye care center, verify prescription information, and help with purchasing decisions for lenses and eyewear.

You will also complete lens orders and support customers throughout the process, working shifts that include mid-shift and closing. Compensation includes an hourly wage with incentives and premiums where applicable.

Hourly Wage: $20.5 - $33.5 per/hour

*The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
