Qualifications

• 1+ years of veterinary technician experience.

• Venipuncture and IV catheter placement experience.
• Radiology positioning and safety protocols knowledge.
• Medication administration and accurate drug calculations.
• Lab sample collection and in-house diagnostics knowledge.
• Accurate medical record documentation and charting.
• Safe, low-stress patient handling and restraint techniques.
• Client education and effective communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support efficient exam room, outpatient, surgical, and dental workflows.
• Perform anesthesia induction, monitoring, and recovery.
• Assist in surgery and dental procedures.
• Maintain comprehensive medical records and treatment notes.
• Review treatment plans and discharge instructions with clients.
• Identify patient concerns and assist in care coordination.
• Educate clients to support at-home care and aftercare instructions.
• Build strong client relationships through clear communication.
