Job summary

Viking Veterinary Hospital in Idaho Falls is seeking an experienced Certified Veterinary Technician (CVT) to join our busy ER/Urgent Care team.

Starting wage is $21/hour plus DOE, with night/weekend differentials and employee discounts after a 90-day introductory period.

Qualifications

• Must have High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Active Veterinary Technician Certification (CVT, LVT, or RVT) required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-stress environment.

Physical Requirements:

• Lifting and carrying animals up to 40 lbs
• Walking or standing for extended periods of time
• Ability to safely assist with patient restraint
• Starting wage: $21/hour+ DOE
• Shift differential for nights and weekends
