Join a flexible, project-based role with day shifts. Pay is $22.50 per hour, with daily pay available. You will direct traffic, follow safety procedures, and coordinate with supervisors and crews to keep work zones safe.

Qualifications

• Current WA or OR Flagger Certification (required).
• Valid driver's license (required).
• Reliable personal vehicle with the ability to travel to various job sites.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Strong attention to safety and situational awareness.
• Dependable with excellent attendance and punctuality.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Safely direct vehicle and pedestrian traffic through construction and work zones.
• Protect workers, motorists, and the public by following established traffic control procedures.
• Set up, maintain, and remove traffic control devices as directed.
• Communicate effectively with Traffic Control Supervisors (TCS), crews, and the public.
• Follow all company, customer, and Oregon safety regulations.
• Report hazards, incidents, or unsafe conditions immediately.
