Job summary

Integra Testing Services, LLC seeks a hands-on Test and Balance specialist to ensure HVAC systems perform exactly as designed. In this role you will test, adjust, and balance air and hydronic systems, inspect installations, and verify performance against project plans.

You must bring 5+ years TAB experience and an AABC certification (TBT or TBE), read mechanical drawings and SOWs, and document all activities with precision.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years of Test and Balance experience.
• AABC certification is required (TBT or TBE).
• Strong math skills, including calculations related to air and water balancing.
• Ability to read and understand mechanical drawings, technical documents, and Statements of Work (SOWs).
• Ability to work independently with attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.
