Carmel Specialty Surgery Center is hiring a Certified Surgical Technologist PRN at its ambulatory surgical center. We are a fast‑paced ASC committed to delivering high‑quality care to patients and families.

Responsibilities: Under the direct supervision of the Director of Nursing, the Surgical Technologist will scrub for surgical procedures, maintain supplies and equipment, support the surgical team’s goals, and participate in quality improvement activities.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Completion of an appropriate surgical technician program or at least two years of prior surgical technician experience.
• Previous experience in an ambulatory surgical center preferred.
• Strong knowledge of surgical procedures and patient management.
• Understanding of aseptic techniques and implementation.
